Why have I got multiple invoices for one month

We had an error in our database that caused the system to not recognize paid invoices and did not update orders to show paid and active. Because of this, the system thought that the order was still left unpaid causing reminders and or new invoices to go out. This problem has been corrected and you should no longer receive additional invoices once you have paid.

This also has corrected an error in auto suspending unpaid orders. If your invoice is not paid by the due date. your internet access will be suspended automatically.
